Costa Cruises changes winter programme 2025/26: Middle East trips cancelled Costa Cruises has announced changes for the 2025/26 winter season. The planned Eastern Mediterranean programme for Costa Toscana has been cancelled. The reason given is the "fluid situation in the region". Instead, the ship will remain in the Mediterranean, offering one-week and longer trips to Southern Europe and North Africa. Arriving in Split in the morning, I experienced an exciting shore excursion to Trogir and the Blue Lagoon by speedboat. After returning, I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Gosch Sylt restaurant.
