On 12 June 2014, Mein Schiff 3 was christened by Helene Fischer in Hamburg as the first new build in the Tui Cruises fleet. Mein Schiff 3 was built at the STX shipyard in Turku, now known as Meyer Turku. The keel was laid on 24 May 2013.

Das neueste Schiff in der MSC Kreuzfahrt Flotte wird heute in Kopenhagen von Sophia Loren feierlich getauft. MSC hat bewusst Kopenhagen als Taufort ausgewählt, da Kopenhagen als Vorreiter im Bereich Umweltschutz gilt. Für die Fahrt von der Werft nach Kopenhagen wurde das Schiff mit LNG betrieben.
Ab sofort sind die Reisen der Mein Schiff 5 und der Mein Schiff 7 von Tui Cruises für den Winter 24/25 buchbar. Die Reisen starten von Teneriffa und Gran Canaria zu den anderen kanarischen Inseln. Ebenso angesteuert werden die Kapverden, Marokko und Madeira. Als Höhepunkt zum Jahreswechsel treffen sich die beiden Schiffe vor Funchal, um von dort den besten Blick auf das weltbekannte Feuerwerk auf Madeira zu bieten.

After almost 6 weeks in dry dock in Cadiz, Mein Schiff Herz has become Marella Voyager. The ship has not only been repainted, but also underwent a major redesign internally. On Friday, 26 May 2023, Mein Schiff 3 made its first call at the port of Portsmouth as part of its 12-day voyage to Great Britain and Ireland. The port of Portsmouth is only about 30 kilometres from Southampton and has invested heavily in recent years to be able to accommodate larger cruise ships. According to a letter sent to booked guests, NCL is cancelling all voyages of the Norwegian Epic between 1 December 23 and 9 April 24.
