Aidaluna beendet mit sofortiger Wirkung ihre Karibik Saison dieses Jahr. Nachdem schon einige Fahrten für Januar abgesagt wurden, sind jetzt alle Fahrten der AidaLuna bis Ende März abgesagt und nicht mehr buchbar. Betroffene Gäste werden von Aida kontaktiert.
TUI Cruises hat heute kurzfristig die Auslastung auf der Mein Schiff 1 reduziert, was dazu führt, dass bereits gebuchte Gäste ihre Fahrt von Bremerhaven in die Karibik übermorgen nicht antreten können. Als Grundlage für die Auswahl wurde der Buchungszeitpunkt festgelegt. Als Grund für die Stornierung führt TUI Cruises die veränderte Pandemielage an. Seit heute ist das Gebiet der Niederlande als Hochrisikogebiet eingestuft, mit den Folgen für Besucher, wie z.B. Quarantäne bei Rückkehr für ungeimpfte Personen. Ausgenommen von dieser Regelung sind allerdings die Übersee-Territorien, Aruba, Curacao und Sint Maarten, wo sich ja zur Zeit diverse Kreuzfahrtschiffe befinden.
