Das neueste Schiff in der MSC Kreuzfahrt Flotte wird heute in Kopenhagen von Sophia Loren feierlich getauft. MSC hat bewusst Kopenhagen als Taufort ausgewählt, da Kopenhagen als Vorreiter im Bereich Umweltschutz gilt. Für die Fahrt von der Werft nach Kopenhagen wurde das Schiff mit LNG betrieben.
Ab sofort sind die Reisen der Mein Schiff 5 und der Mein Schiff 7 von Tui Cruises für den Winter 24/25 buchbar. Die Reisen starten von Teneriffa und Gran Canaria zu den anderen kanarischen Inseln. Ebenso angesteuert werden die Kapverden, Marokko und Madeira. Als Höhepunkt zum Jahreswechsel treffen sich die beiden Schiffe vor Funchal, um von dort den besten Blick auf das weltbekannte Feuerwerk auf Madeira zu bieten.
