Wie die Generaldirektion der spanischen Handelsmarine mitgeteilt hat, ist es ab dem 07. Juni 2021 wieder erlaubt, dass Kreuzfahrtschiffe in spanischen Häfen abgefertigt werden können. Die Öffnung wird mit dem positiven Verlauf der Pandemie und dem Impffortschritt begründet. Bislang waren nur innerspanische Kreuzfahrten möglich, jetzt sind ab dem 7. Juni auch wieder internationale Fahrten erlaubt, so dass davon auszugehen ist, dass die Reedereien ihre Mittelmeertouren fast wie geplant durchführen können, sofern natürlich die Behörden der anderen Häfen mitziehen. Aida hat heute bekannt gegeben, dass AIDAperla ab dem 10. Juli im Dienst ab Palma de Mallorca eingesetzt wird. Es wird jeweils 7tägige Kreuzfahrten geben, eine Route führt nach Cadiz, Malaga, Cartagena und Barcelona, die zweite Route nach Alicante, Ibiza, Valencia und Barcelona. Beide Routen sind auch zu einer 14tägigen Fahrt kombinierbar. Auch ist eine Transreise geplant, die die AIDAperla am 3. Juli von Las Palmas bis nach Mallorca führen wird. Aida is increasing departures for the "Ahoi Tours" (i.e. tours from German ports, currently without shore excursions). AIDAsol will initially be deployed from Kiel and then move to Warnemünde. The Kiel departures, which begin on 22.5.21, will then be taken over by AIDAprima, which, according to current plans, will remain in the Baltic Sea area throughout the summer. It is still unclear whether there will be departures from other ports in Germany.

Aida is starting cruises from Kiel with AIDAsol. The trips, which begin on May 22nd, can be booked from May 12th via the Aida websites, among other channels. The cruises will be 3 or 4 days long and, due to the current situation, will still take place without shore excursions. Unfortunately, Aida has had to cancel various catalogue trips in return; further information on this is also available via the websites. UPDATE: Aida has launched new Ahoi tours from Kiel and Warnemünde. Bookable from today (May 26th, 2021).
