Fred. Olsen Cruises uses shore power
As the British shipping company Fred. Olsen announced, two of its three cruise ships, the Borealis and the Bolette, have taken the opportunity to use shore power in ports instead of having to run their engines. The Borealis was connected for the first time in San Francisco and the Bolette in Bergen at the end of April.
