Shanty Ahoy – Maritime sounds create a real harbour and sailor romance on board Mein Schiff 3

Hamburg, 09.01.2025. The shanty, known as the sailors' work song, also plays a big role on the Mein Schiff fleet. The ships' crew regularly sings the most famous shanties together with the guests. The enthusiasm is always immense. TUI Cruises has now decided to dedicate an entire cruise with traditional sea shanties to the popular genre with "Shanty Ahoi". Mein Schiff 3 starts its cruise from 14 to 24 May 2025 from Bremerhaven. It takes guests to the treasures of Great Britain. Calls include Invergordon, Liverpool and Edinburgh. Scottish singer-songwriter Nathan Evans brings a fresh wind to this tradition with his world-famous hit "Wellerman" and other modern shanty interpretations. With his unmistakable Nathan Evans style, he offers a mix of emotional lyrics with particular depth and danceable shanty-pop beats. The impressive voices of Kimber’s Men and local shanty choirs also provide goosebump moments.

Mein Schiff in a beat frenzy – Real Beatles magic on board

The legendary music of the Fab Four lives on – on board Mein Schiff 3. From Bremerhaven, guests explore the treasures of Great Britain from 24 August to 03 September 2025, visiting Belfast, Greenock/Edinburgh and Southampton. The musical highlights on board are provided by, among others, the Swedish band Pepperland. Their performances are a tribute to their idols. They combine music and anecdotes. With interactive elements, they create a captivating show. This takes the guests of Mein Schiff 3 on an emotional journey through the history of the Beatles. Love The Beatles also ensure the perfect Beatles atmosphere. The tribute band from Birmingham guides guests through the phases of the Beatles' career with their show. They create an authentic experience with vintage instruments, appropriate stage costumes and true-to-original interactions.

One Night with ABBA – Experience the magic of ABBA up close

On the musical themed cruise "Take a Chance at Sea – a Tribute to ABBA" from 17 to 24 October 2025, the artists from One Night with ABBA will showcase authentic outfits. They will also present iconic melodies and an authentic stage performance. The greatest hits of Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid will be played. From unforgettable classics like "Dancing Queen" and "Mamma Mia" to "Waterloo", their show guarantees great goosebump moments. The cruise on Mein Schiff 5 travels through the picturesque island world of Greece, combining cultural highlights with musical experiences. It promises a varied onboard programme dedicated to the Swedish pop icons and the Greek zest for life.
