MSC World Europa: Cancellation of the 2026/27 Middle East season
MSC Cruises has today announced that the planned 2026-27 season in the Middle East aboard the MSC World Europa is cancelled. This decision is part of a revised deployment plan aimed at strengthening the company's presence in the Caribbean.

The MSC World Europa will replace the MSC Seaview, debuting in the region with voyages from the French Antilles. The LNG-powered ship will offer a series of cruises from Martinique and Guadeloupe to destinations such as St Lucia, Grenada, St Maarten, Antigua and Dominica, lasting seven to fourteen nights.
MSC stresses that the adjustment offers guests “a perfect winter sun experience in one of the most sought-after warm destinations in the world”. In this new plan, the MSC Seaview will be redeployed to South America, becoming the company’s fifth ship in that region.

The MSC Seaview’s new itinerary, which includes voyages to Brazil and Argentina, will be announced soon. The company highlights that this initiative strengthens its commitment to offering a diverse choice within its global portfolio.
Guests booked on the cancelled MSC World Europa voyages to the Middle East will be contacted directly and informed of their options, including the possibility of transferring their booking to another voyage or requesting a full refund.
The MSC World Europa was scheduled to sail in the Arabian Gulf from the United Arab Emirates and Qatar between November 2026 and March 2027. Guests booked on MSC Seaview voyages from the French Antilles do not need to make any changes to their travel dates or plans.
MSC now plans to return to the Arabian Gulf in the 2027/28 winter season, with voyages to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas, Bahrain and Doha.
